We've had some confusion with homeowners not seeing e-mails pertaining to their quarterly statement. The board is trying to make the billing as easy as possible for the homeowner and the board to complete the transaction without having to send or endure countless e-mails and paper mail to make it happen.

Quarterly HOA dues will be required to be received by:

Q1 - On/Before January 1

Q2 - On/Before April 1

Q3 - On/Before July 1

Q4 - On/Before October 1

As always, we will send every homeowner an e-mail with their respective quarterly statement. Balances not paid by the end of that particular quarter will be considered overdue and will incur a $50 late fee.
